For the treatment of schizophrenia in adults, the first-day dose is 50 mg taken orally in two divided doses, with or without the consumption of food. The dose for the 2nd day is 100 mg, 3rd day is 200 mg, and 4th day is 300 mg. After the 4th day, the dose is set according to the clinical response.
