Do you accept returns? What is your return window?

We are happy to accept returns on all wrong, faulty, or damaged medicines! All orders are eligible to be returned within 15 days of the purchase date. Call us or chat with our customer support representative for assistance.

What products are not eligible for a return?

Fridge items, loose tablets, milks, diapers, and consumer items are non-returnable.

How do I return my order?

Products must be returned in the original box or packaging. Original packaging of all medicines is mandatory. This way, we can credit your account successfully and return your money.

(Note: Customers are liable to pay the return shipping fees.)

If you wish to return your order, please follow these simple steps (within 15 days of purchase):

  1. Please call us at 0311 113 6337, share the order number containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Name the item(s) on the order you wish to return.
  3. Our representative will verify the order status. If the order date is within the qualifying period, the return process will commence.
  4. Make sure you send an email with the receipt. If you are visiting, please make sure to bring the original order receipt with you.
  5. Once our team processes your return, you will receive a refund equal to the amount originally paid. Any outbound shipping charges will not be refunded when the order is returned.
  6. Your return package can take as long as one week to reach us and be processed by our returns team. You will receive a notice via email once your refund has been finalised.

Do you process exchange requests?

We are unable to offer an exchange of products at this time.

What is our General Refund Policy?

All refunds at emeds.pk are processed based on the mode of payment selected while placing the order. If you paid through a debit/credit card, the amount will be refunded to your given card account.

The time period for all refunds will be marked from the day of request. We aim to process all refunds within 7-14 business days. However, please note that some banks may take longer to process refunds, so the refund may take longer to reflect in your account.

If you want to initiate a refund, don't hesitate to contact us at help@emeds.pk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that we don't offer refunds for any products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition. Additionally, shipping costs are non-refundable, and you'll have to pay the shipping charges for returning an item.

Refund Policy for Debit/Credit Card Payments

All refunds for orders paid through debit or credit cards at emeds.pk will be processed to the same card from which the payment was made.

What is our Cash on Delivery (COD) Refund Policy?

For orders paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed through your bank account within 7-14 business days of the returned item.

Can I get a refund through Jazz Cash?

Yes, if you paid through Jazzcash, you will get a refund through the same Jazzcash account you used.
