About Xcept 2.5mg Tablet

Xcept 2.5mg Tablet is used to prevent and treat blood clots from forming caused by knee or hip replacement surgery and atrial fibrillation (irregular heartbeat).

Xcept 2.5mg Tablet is composed of Rivaroxaban, which belongs to a group of medicines known as anticoagulants. This medicine is also helpful to prevent blood clots from forming in patients in hospitals with limited mobility. Xcept is also useful for the treatment of blood clots in pulmonary embolism-PE and deep vein thrombosis-DVT. This medicine works by blocking certain clotting proteins in the blood.
