About Effigenta 15g Ointment

Effigenta 15g Ointment is used to treat the symptoms of inflammation and pruritus, swelling, itching and irritation. It is used topically. It can also help in curing eczema, Contact dermatitis and psoriasis.

How effective is Effigenta 15g?

Effigenta 15g Ointment is composed of two active ingredients. One is Betamethasone which belongs to the corticosteroid class of drugs which works by activating natural substances in the skin that reduce redness, inflammation and itching in the skin. The second is Gentamycin which belongs to the antibiotics class of drugs and works by stopping the increase of bacteria and prevents the spread of infections.
