Co Olesta 40/12.5mg Tablet is composed of Olmesartan Medoxomil + Hydrochlorothiazide. Olmesartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker that relaxes the blood vessels and makes blood flow easier. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic (water pill) that helps you to urinate more and get rid of extra salt and water from the body.
