Co Baritec 20/12.5mg Tablet is composed of Olmesartan Medoxomil & Hydrochlorothiazide. Olmesartan Medoxomil is an angiotensin receptor blocker that relaxes blood vessels and makes blood flow easy. Hydrochlorothiazide is a water pill (diuretic) that helps you make more urine and get rid of extra salt and water.
