Zeprocaine 5ml Drops are composed of Ciprofloxacin + Lignocaine. Ciprofloxacin belongs to a group of medicines known as quinolone antibiotics. Lignocaine belongs to a group of medicines known as antiarrhythmics. Zeprocaine 5ml shows effectiveness by stopping the growth of bacteria. Zeprocaine is only effective against bacterial infections and will not treat other types of ear infections.
