Tycef 400mg Capsule is used for the treatment of bacterial infections such as; lower respiratory tract infections, chronic suppurative otitis media, upper respiratory tract infections, bacterial prostatitis, intra-abdominal infections, genital tract infections, cystitis, uncomplicated pyelonephritis, bone and joint infections, skin and soft tissue infections, and bronchitis.

Tycef 400mg Capsule is composed of Cefixime, which belongs to a group of medicines known as cephalosporin antibiotics. Tycef 400mg shows effectiveness by stopping the growth of bacteria. Tycef 400mg shows effectiveness only against bacterial infections and will not work for viral infections like the common cold and flu.
