Sitagen M 50/1000mg Tablet is composed of Sitagliptin + Metformin Hydrochloride. Sitagliptin is a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor that increases the level of incretins. Metformin is a biguanide medicine that shows effectiveness by restoring your body’s response to insulin.
