Qosmet 1gm/50mg Tablet is composed of Sitagliptin + Metformin. Sitagliptin belongs to a group of drugs known as dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitors. Metformin belongs to a group of drugs known as biguanides. Qosmet 1gm/50mg shows effectiveness by increasing the level of incretins which are essential to control blood sugar by increasing insulin release.
