About Ptrox 1g Injection

Ptrox 1g Injection is used for the treatment of bacterial infections such as; gonorrhea, bacterial endocarditis, syphilis, bacterial meningitis, acute otitis media, hospital-acquired pneumonia, intra-abdominal infections, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, complicated urinary tract infections, and community-acquired pneumonia.

How effective is Ptrox 1g?

Ptrox 1g Injection is composed of Ceftriaxone which belongs to a group of medicines known as cephalosporin antibiotics. Ptrox 1g shows effectiveness by stopping the growth of bacteria and eventually kill them. Ptrox 1g is only effective against bacterial infections and will not work for viral infections.
