For the prevention of overgrowth of the uterine lining (endometrial hyperplasia) in postmenopausal women, the usual dose is 1 capsule taken orally per day at bedtime for 12 days.
For the treatment of amenorrhea in women, the usual dose is 2 capsules taken orally per day at bedtime for 10 days.
