In adults, the usual recommended dose is ½ to 1 capsule (20-40 mg) taken orally once per day.
In children 2 years of age or older and weighing more than 20 kg, the recommended dose is ½ capsule (20 mg) taken orally once per day. The dose may be increased to 1 capsule (40 mg) if needed.
