Oflocin D 5ml Drops are composed of Ofloxacin + Dexamethasone. Ofloxacin refers to a group of medications known as antibiotics. Dexamethasone belongs to a group of drugs known as corticosteroids. Oflocin D 5ml shows effectiveness by stopping the growth of bacteria. Oflocin D 5ml also helps by blocking the production of prostaglandins (certain chemical messengers) that cause swelling, redness, and itching.
