Hepa Merz 10ml Infusion is used to treat liver damage and improve liver health. It contains L-Ornithine and L-Aspartate as active ingredients.

Hepa Merz 10ml Infusion is used to control, prevent and treat the symptoms of liver damage; such as acute and chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, fatty liver with increased ammonia levels, hepatic encephalopathy, and as an adjuvant therapy with all hepatotoxic drugs. It contains L-Ornithine and L-Aspartate as active ingredients. These two in combination, help the damaged liver cells to re-grow and decrease the level of toxins in the liver.

What dose should I choose?

For adults (18 and above)

In acute hepatitis: 1-2 ampules a day.
In chronic hepatitis and hepatic cirrhosis: 2-4 ampules a day.
In hepatic encephalopathy (mild to moderate): up to 8 ampules within 24 hours.

Hepa-Merz Infusion concentrate is safe to be mixed with conventional infusion vehicles. The Infusion rate should be kept 5g per hour, at the maximum.

In children (17 or below), no clinical data is available.

What are the side effects and other warnings when taking Hepa Merz 10ml Infusion?
