Glusimet 50/1000mg Tablet is composed of Sitagliptin + Metformin. Sitagliptin belongs to a group of medicines known as dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitors (DPP-4). Metformin belongs to a group of medicines known as biguanides. Glusimet 50/500mg shows effectiveness by increasing the level of insulin to control high blood sugar.
