About Foxamine 550mg

Foxamine 550mg Tablet is for the treatment of diarrhoea caused by common bacteria known as E. coli (traveller’s diarrhoea). Foxamine is also used to treat irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhoea and brain problems caused by hepatic encephalopathy.

How effective is Foxamine 550mg?

Foxamine 550mg Tablet is composed of Rifaximin, which belongs to a group of medicines known as antibiotics. Foxamine shows effectiveness by stopping the growth of bacteria.
