About Duodart

Duodart Capsule is a combination medicine used on its own or with other medication to treat a condition called Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) in men. BPH is an enlargement of the prostate gland. It causes the prostate gland to become so large that it squeezes the urine tube running through the gland and makes it difficult to urinate. Duodart is made up of two active ingredients: Dutasteride and Tamsulosin Hydrochloride. They both belong to a group of drugs called 5-alpha reductase enzyme inhibitors and alpha-blockers.
