About Dexxoo 60mg

Dexxoo 60mg Capsule is an antacid drug. It is used for the treatment of heartburn, symptoms of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) and any injuries of the oesophagus caused by the oversecretion of stomach acid. Each capsule of Dexxoo 60mg contains the active ingredient Dexlansoprazole, which is a proton pump inhibitor.

Dexxoo 60mg Capsule is a drug that is used for the short-term treatment of heartburn caused due to Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD). Dexxoo 60mg is also used for the treatment of erosive esophagitis, damage to the stomach and oesophagus because of acid, and peptic ulcers. Dexxoo 60mg works by inhibiting the production of stomach acid, which it does by binding at certain sites of the acid-producing cells.

What dose should I choose?

In adults, the usual dose is 2 capsules taken orally once per day.

In children aged 12 years and above, the usual dose is 2 capsules taken orally once per day.

Dexxoo 60mg is not recommended for use in children below the age of 12 years.
