Comox 5ml Drops are composed of Moxifloxacin + Dexamethasone. Moxifloxacin belongs to a group of medicines known as quinolone antibiotics. Dexamethasone belongs to a group of medicines known as corticosteroids. Comox 5ml shows effectiveness by stopping the growth of bacteria. Comox 5ml also helps to block the production of prostaglandins (certain chemical messengers) that cause swelling, redness, or itching. Comox 5ml is only effective against bacterial eye infections.
