1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EMeds website and platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place orders. Orders for minors must be placed by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Prescription Policy

Certain medications require a valid prescription under DRAP regulations. EMeds will not process such orders unless a valid prescription from a licensed medical practitioner is uploaded and verified by our pharmaceutical team.

4. Product Authenticity

All products on EMeds are 100% authentic and sourced from DRAP-registered manufacturers. Product images may vary slightly due to manufacturer packaging updates.

5. Pricing & Payments

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. We accept COD, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and debit/credit card payments. EMeds reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.

6. Delivery Terms

EMeds provides home delivery across 50+ cities in Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We strive for same-day delivery in major cities, though some orders may require additional processing time.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, returns are generally not accepted once medication has left our facility. Exceptions include:

• Incorrect medication or dosage delivered
• Product damaged during transit
• Product expired at the time of delivery
• Order not delivered within the promised timeframe

8. Limitation of Liability

EMeds shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
